1. Choose Your System by Application

System selection depends on substrate condition, traffic, exposure and project specification. Confirm the full assembly against the current ResinTech TDS before ordering.

2. Base & Build Coats — TUE vs CBE

Every ResinTech floor system starts with an epoxy base/build layer that bonds to the prepared concrete and carries the broadcast or topcoat above it.

• ResinTech TUE — 100% solids transparent universal epoxy. The versatile primer, build and broadcast-binder coat for most systems.
• ResinTech CBE — Core Bond Epoxy, chosen where a premium, super-high-gloss build is preferred. TUE may substitute for CBE where specified.

3. Waterproofing Membranes — PPM vs FLEXCOAT-PU

• ResinTech PPM — single-component polyurea Protective Polyurea Membrane; stand-alone waterproofing or a UV-stable protective layer over other ResinTech membranes.
• ResinTech FLEXCOAT-PU — flexible polyurethane base membrane used beneath the epoxy build where movement or waterproofing is required.

4. Topcoats — HPP vs CRU vs TCU

The topcoat is the exposed wearing and UV surface. Choose by the property that matters most:

TCU	Aliphatic urethane	Long-term colour & gloss retention

All three are UV-stable aliphatic surfaces. Confirm chemical, slip and wear requirements against the current TDS before specifying.

5. Heavy-Duty Wear — Extreme Wear System

For loading docks, service bays and the most demanding industrial floors, the ResinTech Extreme Wear System (Double Broadcast, ~3/16″) combines TUE body coats, a double aggregate broadcast, and an HPP grout/topcoat for maximum impact and abrasion resistance.
