Ready-to-Use Polymer-Modified Cementitious Screed Mortar | Brand: Sika

SikaScreed-40 is a ready-to-use cementitious mortar formulated for screeds, localized resurfacing, and slope creation or correction in interior and exterior applications. Can be applied at thicknesses from 10 to 150 mm. Confirm suitability, coverage, cure time, and system compatibility against the current Sika TDS, SDS, and project specification before use.

  • Application thickness — 10 to 150 mm (3/8" to 6"); confirm minimum and maximum thickness requirements for your application against the TDS.
  • Versatile overlay compatibility — designed for overlay with tile, parquet, carpet, resin-based coatings, or left uncoated for interior installations; confirm overlay compatibility and required cure time against the TDS before specifying.
  • Floor heating compatibility — designed for use with water and electric floor heating systems; confirm installation requirements against the TDS.
  • Return to service — confirm cure and overlay times against the current TDS as they vary with temperature, humidity, and application thickness.
