Properties
Flex 805 is a moisture-curing, one-component elastic polyurethane sealant with the following characteristics (confirm against the manufacturer’s TDS):
- Neutral cure: Cures at normal temperatures and is described by the manufacturer as non-corrosive and non-polluting.
- Durability: Provides abrasion resistance and tear strength for demanding service conditions.
- Movement accommodation: Remains elastic after cure to accommodate joint movement.
- Paintable: Once cured, the surface can be overpainted; confirm paint compatibility before application.
Typical Applications
Flex 805 is used in applications including, but not limited to:
- Joints in concrete and epoxy floors: Construction joints in floors subject to foot traffic and machinery.

Safety and Storage
