All Sales Are Final

Canopus Supply does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

Industrial coatings, waterproofing membranes, sealants, and chemical products are sold as-is. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part, contact us at order@canopussupply.com with your order number and photos within 3 business days of delivery. We will review and resolve at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
