ResinTech TUE vs CBE — Which Epoxy Base Coat?
Both TUE and CBE are ResinTech epoxy base/build coats that bond your floor system to prepared concrete — but each is chosen for a different reason. Here's how to pick. Stocked at Canopus Supply — pickup in North Vancouver; ships across Canada and the USA.

When to Choose Each
ResinTech TUE. The workhorse base coat: a 100% solids transparent universal epoxy used as a primer, reinforcement/build coat and broadcast binder for flake, quartz, metallic and solid-colour systems. If you want one epoxy that covers most roles, TUE is it.
ResinTech CBE. Core Bond Epoxy is the choice when a premium, super-high-gloss build is specified. Where a mirror-like finish matters, ResinTech recommends CBE.
Both Build the Same Systems
Whichever base you choose, it's protected by a UV-stable topcoat — HPP, CRU or TCU. See the topcoat comparison and the ResinTech System Selector to build the full assembly.
