Tremco Willseal 600 — Breathable Vertical Expansion Joint Seal

Pre-compressed, self-expanding polyurethane foam primary seal with ±50% movement capability | Brand: Tremco (Willseal) | Model: Willseal 600

Willseal 600 is a pre-compressed, self-expanding high-density polyurethane foam joint seal impregnated with a flame-retardant, hydrophobic, UV-stable acrylic resin. Supplied in black with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, it installs with no mixing, masking or priming and provides a vapour-permeable primary seal for vertical exterior joints. Professional note: Supplied in rolls for joint sizes from 1/8 in. to 2 in. and in 6.5 ft sticks for joint sizes from 2.25 in. to 8 in., with custom sizes available. Movement capability is ±50%, so confirm joint width and movement class when preparing your joint schedule.
