Canopus Supply Inc. supplies professional-grade industrial coatings, waterproofing membranes, sealants, and surface preparation equipment to contractors and specifiers across British Columbia. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All sales are final. Canopus Supply does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on industrial coatings, waterproofing membranes, sealants, chemicals, equipment, or accessories.
Why All Sales Are Final
Industrial coatings and waterproofing products are sensitive to storage conditions, temperature, and handling. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled in accordance with manufacturer requirements. For the safety and quality assurance of all customers, product cannot be returned, restocked or exchanged.
Purchaser Responsibility
Before placing an order, the purchaser is responsible for confirming the correct product, quantity, colour, pack size, system compatibility, substrate requirements, pickup or delivery arrangements, and current manufacturer documentation.
Product selection, system design, substrate preparation, installation method, site conditions, coverage, cure time, compatibility and final performance remain the responsibility of the purchaser, installer and project specifier.
Product Suitability
We strongly encourage all customers to confirm product suitability for their specific application before placing an order. Our team can provide current manufacturer documentation, pack sizes, stock availability and general product information prior to purchase. Final product selection, system design, compatibility and specification approval remain the responsibility of the purchaser, installer and project specifier.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be considered only before an order has been processed, prepared, specially ordered or shipped. Acceptance of a cancellation request is entirely at Canopus Supply’s discretion. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
