Tremco TREMproof® 250GC is a single-component, moisture-curing, fluid-applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for below-grade and plaza deck applications. Its rapid-cure, green concrete compatible (GC) formulation is designed for professional waterproofing contractors. Confirm suitability, coverage, cure time, and system compatibility against the current Tremco TDS, SDS, and project specification before use.

Professional system note: TREMproof 250GC must be applied as part of an approved Tremco waterproofing system including compatible primers, protection boards, and drainage composites where required. Surface Preparation

Concrete must be structurally sound, clean, and free of laitance, oil, grease, curing compounds, and form release agents. Confirm minimum concrete age, surface profile, and moisture requirements against the current Tremco TDS. Apply approved primer where required by the system specification. Refer to the current Tremco system specification for full substrate preparation requirements.

Limitations

Must be used as part of an approved Tremco waterproofing system — not a standalone exposed membrane.
Do not apply to substrates with active water leaks or running water.
Do not apply below minimum temperature or when rain or condensation is expected before cure; confirm temperature requirements against the TDS.
Cure time is temperature and humidity dependent — confirm against the current TDS.
