Sika MT Primer is a primer used to prepare concrete and other approved substrates prior to the application of Sika liquid-applied deck waterproofing membranes. It forms part of the Sikalastic®-3900 Traffic System. Confirm substrate suitability, coverage rate and overcoat window against the current Sika TDS, SDS and project specification before use.

Sikalastic®-3900 Traffic System component: applied first, as the priming layer beneath the Sikalastic®-390 base membrane. Confirm the full system build-up, primer requirements and recoat windows against the current Sika system specification.

Key Characteristics

Primer designed to promote adhesion of Sika deck membranes to prepared substrates; final bond depends on substrate condition and preparation.
Confirm coverage rate and number of coats against the current TDS.
Confirm substrate compatibility (concrete and other approved substrates) against the TDS.
Confirm pot life, application temperature and overcoat window against the TDS and SDS.

Limitations
