ResinTech TCU | Aliphatic Urethane Top Coat – Clear Gloss & Satin – 6L Kit
TCU is a two-component, abrasion-, chemical-, and stain-resistant, UV-stable aliphatic polyester polyurethane finish coat. Available in clear gloss and clear satin. VOC compliant in all states and provinces in North America.
TCU cures to an inert, tough, impact-, abrasion-, and chemical-resistant finish coat with excellent adhesion to the TUE epoxy system. When applied to properly prepared concrete or cementitious overlays, a Polyurethane-Acrylic Primer and Concrete Sealer is required. TCU can also be applied over existing roofing systems — including shingles, cedar, and torch-on membranes — to extend roof life before damage occurs.

ResinTech TCU is the premium long-term topcoat option in the ResinTech Traffic Coating System — applied as the final wear surface over the PPM waterproofing membrane where maximum colour retention and gloss stability are required. Aliphatic urethane chemistry resists UV degradation, yellowing, and chalking for years in sun-exposed environments.
