B-TUFF® 308 | Heavy-Duty Urethane-Elastomer Waterproofing Deck Membrane

Two-Component, Fast-Setting, Solvent-Free Urethane-Elastomer Waterproofing Base Membrane | Brand: Poly-Tuff Systems International

B-TUFF 308 is a two-component, fast-setting, rapid-curing, solvent-free, flexible, high-solids urethane-elastomer base membrane for vehicular parking decks, parkades, podium waterproofing, and metal roofs. Confirm suitability, coverage, cure time, and system compatibility against the current TDS, SDS, and project specification before use.

Professional system note: B-TUFF 308 is a base membrane and must be used as part of a complete approved system including compatible primer and wearing course. Confirm the full system specification against the current TDS and project specification before use.

Key Characteristics

  • Two-component, fast-setting — requires accurate mixing; confirm pot life, cure times, and application requirements against the current TDS before use.
  • Low-temperature application — designed for application at temperatures as low as -6.7°C (20°F); confirm minimum application temperature and substrate temperature requirements against the current TDS before use.
  • Solvent-free, high-solids — confirm VOC content and ventilation requirements against the SDS.
  • Flexible urethane-elastomer — designed to accommodate substrate movement; confirm crack-bridging and flexibility performance against the TDS and project specification.
  • Multi-substrate compatibility — designed for use on concrete, metal, and other substrates; confirm substrate preparation requirements against the current TDS before use.

Typical Applications

  • Vehicular parking deck and parkade waterproofing base membrane
  • Podium and portico waterproofing
  • Metal roof waterproofing
  • Exposed deck waterproofing base coat

Limitations

  • Must be used as part of a complete approved system — confirm system specification before use.
  • Confirm minimum application temperature and substrate temperature requirements against the current TDS before use in cold conditions.
  • Cure time is temperature and humidity dependent — confirm against the current TDS.
  • Confirm substrate preparation requirements against the current TDS before use.
