Sika® Sikalastic® Vehicular Traffic | Masterseal 1500 Traffic Coating System
Waterproofing System for Vehicular Parkades, Ramps & Heavy-Use Decks | Brand: Sika
Sikalastic® Vehicular Traffic 1500 is a waterproofing system consisting of Sikalastic® M 200 (low VOC, one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane) and Sikalastic® TC 225 (low VOC, one-component aliphatic moisture-curing polyurethane). Designed for vehicular parkades, ramps, and heavy-use decks. Confirm suitability, coverage, cure time, and system compatibility against the current Sika TDS, SDS, and project specification before use.
Key Characteristics
- Two-component system — Sikalastic M 200 base membrane + Sikalastic TC 225 wearing course; confirm system specification against the current TDS.
- Low VOC, one-component components — confirm VOC content and ventilation requirements against the SDS for each component.
- Waterproofing and chloride resistance properties — confirm performance against the TDS and project specification.
- Seamless elastomeric membrane — confirm crack-bridging performance against the TDS and project specification.
- Skid resistance — confirm slip resistance performance against the TDS and project specification.
- Standards compliance — UL 790 Class A Fire Rating, ASTM C 957, ASTM E 108, ASTM E 84, CSA S413; confirm applicable standards for your project specification.
Typical Applications
- Vehicular parkade and parking structure deck waterproofing
- Ramp and drive aisle waterproofing
- Heavy-use pedestrian and vehicular deck waterproofing
Limitations
